Return Policy


At SECARI, we offer a 30-day return policy for domestic orders. To initiate a return, please use our Returns Portal and submit your order number and email address or phone number used for your purchase.

If you experience any issues requesting a return, please contact customer service at admin@mysecari.com. Once requested, return labels will be valid for 21 days. Refunds will only be provided for unused and undamaged items, less the cost of return shipping. 

The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund or store credit if your item is not defective. All returns are accepted at the discretion of SECARI. Please ensure your return is packaged so that it will be received undamaged. Please also include the packing slip, if possible, as that will help expedite the process.

Please note that used items will not be refunded or credited. Original shipping charges will be subtracted from the refund or credit if the total of the returned items reduces the original order total below the free shipping threshold of $50 USD for the US, United Kingdom, and Canada.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items that are currently non-returnable and non-refundable include:

  • Gift Cards
  • Digital Downloads
  • Items that have been used
